BRM Financial is a boutique NZ owned and operated mortgage brokerage specialising in residential construction lending. Mortgages for residential construction work a little differently to lending for existing homes, and we aim to make the process as enjoyable and un-stressful as possible.
Designing and building your new home should be fun, and we are there to make the funding work for you and your builder. Our aim is to make building or buying a home a safe, affordable and a pleasant experience. Unlike a lot of brokers, BRM is independent of all lenders and deals with most NZ banks. No two clients are the same, so we will find the best fit for you and your family.
